Q: How do I update my personal information that I submitted when I registered for the New Mexico Lottery VIP Club?
A: Go to NM Lottery VIP Club and log in using your current e-mail address and password. Once logged in you can enter your account details on the welcome page. Once you have updated your information, scroll down and click on the blue save account details button.

Q: What should I do if I can't remember my password?

Questions about Entries and Tickets

Q: Which $1, $2, and $3 instant tickets (Scratchers) are eligible for the Points and Rewards Second Chance Promotion?
A: A list of eligible, non-winning $1, $2, and $3 instant tickets can be found here.

Q: Can I scan my instant tickets (Scratchers) in the Points and Rewards Second Chance Promotion using my cell phone?
A: In the Points and Rewards Second Chance Promotion, players will be able to scan their qualified non-winning instant tickets using a camera phone as an alternative to manually entering the ticket number into the system. To scan their tickets, players will have to download the new New Mexico Lottery mobile app.

For Apple devices, the mobile application requires iOS version 6 and above and is supported on iPhone 4 and above.

For Android devices, the mobile application requires Google Android 4.0.x (Ice Cream Sandwich) and above to be supported.

All supported devices must also have auto-focus and a camera with at least 5 mega pixels, but 8 mega pixels are preferable, for ticket scanning to function properly.

To download this free app to your mobile device, just visit the App Store at the iTunes or Android Google Play Store and install the New Mexico Points and Rewards mobile app.

Q: Can I enter the Points and Rewards Second Chance Promotion drawings more than one time?
A: Yes, you may enter a drawing as many times as you wish. Each entry requires the submission of an eligible, non-winning instant ticket (Scratcher) that has not yet been submitted.

Q: How can I be sure that my Internet entry has been submitted?
A: When you submit an entry, a record of it appears at the bottom of your Enter Now page. If the entry is recorded there, you can be assured that it is in the system.

Q: When will the New Mexico Lottery Points and Rewards Second-Chance drawings be held?
A: There will be one drawing held each month. Please visit the Prizes & Drawings page for a schedule of drawing dates.

Q: What happens if I submit my entry after the deadline for one of the Points and Rewards Second Chance Promotion drawings?
A: Entries not received by the specified deadline for a drawing will be automatically entered in the next scheduled drawing. Entries received after the final entry deadline will not be included in any drawing.

Q: What happens to the entries that are not drawn in one of the Points and Rewards Second Chance Promotion drawings? Are they put into future drawings?
A: No. Only entries submitted during the entry period for one of the drawings are included in that one drawing.

Q: Can I throw away my instant tickets (Scratchers) after submitting them into a Points and Rewards Second Chance Promotion drawing?
A: Yes, you may dispose of your instant tickets (Scratcher) after verifying that your entry has been submitted.

Q: Can I mail in my instant ticket (Scratcher) entries in the Points and Rewards Second Chance Promotion?
A: No, only internet entries are allowed in this promotion. Instant ticket (Scratcher) entries submitted by any other method will be disqualified.


Questions about the Prize Store

Q:  What is the Prize Store and how can I get points to shop there?
A:  The Prize Store is stocked with a catalogue of hundreds of fantastic merchandise items such as d digital downloads, to sporting goods, popular electronics and much more.  In each month’s drawing, 300 players will win Prize Store Points that are redeemable to shop for their favorite items in the Prize Store.  When the drawing winners are confirmed, the Prize Store Points won by those players will be displayed on the Prize Store page when the player logs in.

Q:  How do I redeem the Prize Store Points that I won in a drawing?
A:  First, log into the Points and Rewards Second Chance Promotion website and click on Prize Store to go to that page and see the merchandise that is currently available.   Note that there can be several pages of merchandise in any category.  Click on an item to see additional information about that item.  You can order any of the merchandise items up to your available points balance or you can put items on your Wish List and come back to it later to decide what to order.

Q:  How do I place an order?
A:  To place an order, indicate the quantity of each item you would like to order and then click Add to Cart. You will have several opportunities to change or cancel the order before the order is placed.  When ready to place your order, click on Go To Shipping Info.  Verify the shipping address and edit if necessary.  After verifying the shipping address, click on Go to Confirm Order. Review everything one more time and, if correct, click Confirm Order.  Once confirmed, you may print the order confirmation. An order confirmation will also be sent to your e-mail address.  Please check your junk or spam folders.

Q:  How can I order an item that requires more Prize Store Points than I have in my account? 
A:  It is possible for a player to win Prize Store Points in any of the twelve monthly drawings so if you win additional Prize Store Points, you may accumulate enough to redeem a particular prize that interests you.  You may redeem your Prize Store Points at any time during the Promotion but any unused, awarded Prize Store Points will expire ninety (90) days after the final drawing on
January 12, 2016.

Q:  How do I check the status of an item I ordered?
A:  You can check the status of any ordered item(s) by going to the Prize Store page.  On the left side of the page under your Points total, click on View All to go to your Order History page. A list of all the items you have ordered and the current status of each one will be displayed.

Q:  How long does it take to receive my merchandise after I place an order?
A:  Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery of your order. If you have not received your merchandise after 6 weeks from the order date, please contact the Winner Services Hotline at 1-800-201-0108 between the hours of 3 a.m. (MST) and 10 p.m. (MST), seven days a week, excluding holidays.

Q:  What should I do if an order I receive is incorrect or damaged?
A:  Please contact the Winner Services Hotline at 1-800-201-0108 between the hours of 3 a.m. (MST) and 10 p.m. (MST), seven days a week, excluding holidays.

Q:  What should I do if I do not receive an item that I ordered?

Q:  Can I cancel or return my order?
A:  Orders cannot be canceled after they have been entered or returned after they have been received. Be sure to carefully check all the details on the Order Confirmation page before submitting your order.


Questions about Winners

Q: What are my chances of winning a prize in the Points and Rewards Second Chance Promotion drawings?
A: Your odds of winning are based on the total number of entries that are received for a drawing and the total number of entries that you have submitted.

Q: Can I win a prize more than one time?
A: A player may win more than one time during the promotion but may not win more than once in a monthly drawing.

Q: How will I be notified if I win one of the monthly cash prizes?
A: If your entry is selected, the New Mexico Lottery will e mail you a claim form using the contact information in your player profile so please make sure that all of your information is up to date. If the completed claim form and other information requested are not received by the date and time specified, your entry will be disqualified and replaced with an alternate.  Remember to check your junk and spam folders.

Q: How will I be notified if I win one of the 300 monthly Prize Store Points prizes?
A:  Prize Store Points won will be displayed on the Prize Store page when the player logs in.

Following notification and verification of winners, their names and hometowns will be posted on the Points and Rewards Second Chance Promotion website.
